This class is consistently rated as a "must attend" by fitness & dance conference attendees! Carole will create a STORY, and teach new and exciting hip-hop choreography through imagery. Innovative, fun and easy to follow. If you have never danced hip hop before this is your chance.

Carole is an international presenter with nearly two decades of experience in the dance & fitness industry. Driven by passion for hip-hop and community outreach, Carole was the first to bring Culture Shock, a professional hip hop dance troupe, to Canada. She is the former the host of the "CARDIO HIP-HOP" television show, Ottawa's Lululemon Ambassador and an award winning fitness and dance teacher. Despite all her accomplishments, it is her contagious energy and unique teaching style the will make a lasting impression on you!

Latin Hustle Classes - Spring Term

THRIVE is thrilled to announce that we are collaborating with Dance to Live Studio(DTL), one of the best salsa dance schools in the city to offer Latin Hustle classes. This means more classes, more levels and two great locations! Intro to Latin Hustle Monday, June 7th- July, 26th @ 7:30 - 8:30pm: 7 weeks Designed for those with no dance training or limited experience. The class will focus on building a strong foundation of Hustle footwork, fundamentals of partner work and introductory Hustle turn patterns. Latin Hustle - Level 1 Monday, June 7th- July, 26th @ 8:30 - 9:30pm: 7 weeks Designed for those who have some dance experience and are comfortable with the basics in following and leading in partner dances such as salsa, cha-cha, swing etc. So what is Hustle? No, not the line dance, but rather a partnered social dance. The most amazing thing about Hustle is that it is danced not only to the disco classics, but also to today's modern dance music (e.g. hip hop, rap etc).
